Grilled Alaska Seafood Steaks with Mediterranean Salsa

Recipe Ingredients:

4 seafood steaks - use Alaska Halibut Steaks or Alaska Salmon Steaks
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon capers
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:

  1. Prepare salsa: Combine ingredients from the tomatoes through the thyme; mix well. Add black pepper to taste.
  2. Place seafood steaks on an oiled grill over hot coals. Grill 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until just done and center flakes with a fork. Turn steaks once or twice during grilling.
  3. Serve with Mediterranean salsa.
