Grilled Alaska Seafood Steaks with Mediterranean Salsa

Recipe Ingredients:
4 seafood steaks - use Alaska Halibut Steaks or Alaska Salmon Steaks
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon capers
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
- Prepare salsa: Combine ingredients from the tomatoes through the thyme; mix well. Add black pepper to taste.
- Place seafood steaks on an oiled grill over hot coals. Grill 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until just done and center flakes with a fork. Turn steaks once or twice during grilling.
- Serve with Mediterranean salsa.
