Grilled Crab Legs with Butter Sauce

3 to 4 pounds Alaska King crab legs, thawed if necessary
1/2 cup unsalted melted butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
Dash white pepper
- Place crab legs shell-side down on a well oiled grill 5-inches from the coals. Grill approximately 4 to 5 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
- Prepare butter sauce by mixing sauce ingredients together until combined.
- Serve grilled crab with butter dipping sauce.
Makes 6 servings.
