Horseradish-Crusted White Fish

1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 anchovy fillet (optional)
1 pinch white pepper
All-purpose flour to coat
4 (6-ounce) white fish (ocean perch, rockfish, tilapia fillets)
- Blend mayonnaise, horseradish, bread crumbs, garlic, anchovy and pepper in food processor.
- Dredge fish fillet in flour then coat with horseradish mixture.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 9 to 12 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
