Salmon Macaroni and Cheese Dinner
A salmon-enriched, quick and easy version of macaroni and cheese.
2 cups macaroni
2 cups diced processed cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup frozen peas
1 (7-ounce) can salmon
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine cheese, milk and butter. Stir until smooth then add mushroom soup, peas and salmon. Heat thoroughly, stirring until well mixed. Mix in macaroni and serve warm.
Makes 4 servings.
