Seaside Tacos

Seaside TacosTry tuna in a crunchy taco shell layered with toppings like shredded cheese, lettuce, sliced olives and chopped tomatoes.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 (6-ounce) cans tuna, drained
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 (12-count) package taco shells

Suggested Toppings: Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sliced black olives, shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine tuna, salsa and mayonnaise in small bowl; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Warm taco shells. Fill with tuna mixture. Top with lettuce, tomato, olives and cheese.

Makes 12 tacos.
