Snow Crab Clusters with Mediterranean Dip

1/4 cup water packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes, dehydrated, chopped
1 tablespoon snipped chives
1 tablespoon chopped green olives
20 ounces snow crab clusters
8 ounces white wine
2 cloves garlic
3 to 4 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley
- For Mediterranean Dip: Mix all dip ingredients together; cover and refrigerate.
- Place steam basket in large pot; add water to depth of 3/4-inch Add wine, parsley and garlic; bring to a boil.
- Place crab clusters in steam basket (or colander); reduce heat and steam, covered, 5 minutes.
- Serve crab clusters with dip on the side.
