Recipe Ingredients:

4 Alaska Black Cod fillets (6 to 8 ounces each), fresh, thawed or frozen

  3. Place cod fillets in the steamer and return water to a boil. Cover pan loosely and cook for 8 to 10 minutes for frozen cod or 4 to 6 minutes for fresh/thawed fish. Cook just until fish is opaque throughout. Garnish with sesame seeds.
