Sweet and Sour Scampi

1 (16-ounce) jar sweet-and-sour sauce
1 (12.25-ounce) package oriental vegetable stir-fry mix
1 pound shrimp
Hot cooked rice for accompaniment
- Combine the sauce and stir-fry mix in a large bowl, cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes
- Add the shrimp to the mixture, cover and cook on HIGH for a further 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve immediately with rice.
Makes 4 servings.
