Tarragon Fried Shrimp

Recipe Ingredients:
3/4 cup tarragon vinegar
2 large Florida eggs, beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 pounds Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
Vegetable oil for deep frying
Cooking Directions:
- Combine vinegar and eggs; beat well. Add flour, salt and pepper and stir until well blended.
- Dip each shrimp into the batter. Drop shrimp in hot oil, 350°F (175°C), and fry for 1/2 to 1 minute or until golden brown. Remove with slotted spoon; drain on absorbent paper. Serve immediately.
