Thai Spiced Prawns

12 ounces large peeled warm water prawns
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon Thai spice seasoning
Flat-leaf parsley to garnish
- In a microwavable dish melt the butter on HIGH for 30 seconds. Add the prawns. Sprinkle with Thai spice. Cover and cook on
- HIGH for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
Makes 2 servings.
