7-Vegetable Mushroom Rice
This vegetable and rice dish with mushrooms is almost as quick and easy as opening a can! Remember this tasty side dish next time you have leftover rice.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 (15-ounce) cans of mixed vegetables, drained
2 cups cooked wild or regular rice
1 cup canned mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup grated onion
Cooking Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together and heat through. Serve hot.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
