Heavenly Hash Browns
Easy, cheesy hash brown potatoes topped with crisp, crumbled bacon.
5 bacon slices
3 1/2 cups frozen hash browns
1/2 cup Wisconsin Horseradish, Cheddar or Onion Cold Pack cheese
Pepper to taste
- Fry bacon until crisp. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
- Prepare frozen hash browns according to package directions.
- Stir in Cold Pack cheese until melted. Season with pepper.
- Transfer to serving dish and top with crumbled bacon.
