Maggi Baby Potatoes
Baby red potatoes are given extra pizzazz with seasonings and jalapeños in this simple side dish.
1 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes, halved, boiled and drained
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
4 teaspoons MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; add onion and jalapeños. Cook until tender. Add potatoes and seasoning sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until potatoes are caramelized.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
