Sautéed Green Beans and Minced Shallots
A delightful and simple sauté of green beans and shallots.
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pound fresh green beans
2 tablespoons shallots, minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add beans and shallots.
- Cook approximately 5 minutes until beans are crisp and tender, stirring often.
- Season with salt and pepper.
