Sautéed Green Beans and Minced ShallotsA delightful and simple sauté of green beans and shallots.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pound fresh green beans
2 tablespoons shallots, minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  2. Add beans and shallots.
  3. Cook approximately 5 minutes until beans are crisp and tender, stirring often.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
