Savory Baked Beans
Easy 'doctored up' baked pinto beans, with an added kick of cayenne. Feel free to adjust the seasonings to please your family's palate.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) can BUSH'S® BEST Pinto Beans
2 teaspoons brown sugar, packed
1 packet instant beef flavored broth, mixed per manufacturers directions
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine all ingredients in well-greased small baking dish. Cover.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°F (175°C).
Makes 2 servings. (Recipe can be doubled or more.)
