Spinach Stuffed Tomatoes
Serve these quick and easy spinach soufflé-stuffed tomato cups as a colorful side dish or meatless entrée.
1 (12-ounce) package STOUFFER'S Spinach Soufflé, defrosted according to package directions
8 medium tomatoes
1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan, cheddar or Swiss cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut 1/2-inch slice from top of each tomato; scoop out pulp, leaving shell intact. Fill each tomato with spinach soufflé; sprinkle cheese over top. Place in shallow baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
