Succotash Casserole

No recipe image available.The simple blending of corn soufflé, lima beans and cheddar cheese makes this a delicious side dish.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (12-ounce) package STOUFFER'S Corn Soufflé
1 (10-ounce) package frozen lima beans, thawed
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs

Cooking Directions:

  1. Thaw corn soufflé in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 6 to 7 minutes.
  2. Stir together corn soufflé and next 4 ingredients until blended, and spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
