Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallow Topping

No recipe image available.Mashed sweet potatoes seasoned with butter, orange juice and cinnamon, topped with miniature marshmallows.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 (16 to 18-ounce) cans sweet potatoes, drained
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

Cooking Directions:

  1. Mash or whip sweet potatoes in large bowl with butter. Blend in orange juice and cinnamon until smooth. Spoon into a greased 1 quart casserole dish. Top with marshmallows.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
