Appetizer Broccoli Soup

Recipe Ingredients:

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
2 (10.75-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup half-and-half (light cream) (light cream)
2 cups milk
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon tarragon leaves
Dash of ground black or white pepper

Cooking Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Add soup, half-and-half (light cream), milk, wine, butter and seasonings to broccoli.
  3. Heat and serve.

Makes 8 servings.
