Peppered Pork Roast

Peppered Pork RoastComplete this basic pork roast with garlic mashed potatoes with pan gravy and buttered corn.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (4-pound) pork loin roast
6 tablespoons pepper blend seasoning

Cooking Directions:

  1. Rub all surfaces of roast with seasoned pepper. Place pork in shallow roasting pan and roast in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes, until internal temperature (measured with a meat thermometer) reads 150°F to 155°F (approximately 65°C).
  2. Remove from oven and allow roast to rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
